We have 96sets of Dornier weaving machine from Germany, the daily capacity of this workshop is about 40,000 meters.

Rapier workshop has 70sets of Smith Brand repair looms imported from Italy, daily capacity is 18000meters.

The Jet workshop has 72sets of Toyota jet looms imported from Japan, and daily capacity is 18000meters.

Our Water- Jet workshop has 72 domestic water-jet looms, and daily capacity reaches to 30000 meters.

We also have 21sets of domestic warp knitting machine, and this warp knitting workship's daily capacity reaches more than 100,000 meters.

Our company has 13 coating lines from South Korea in the coating workship, and its daily capacity reaches more than 100,000 meters.

In addition to producing fabric, we also make readymade blinds and curtains. The present daily capacity is around 800 PCs/day. After updating the production system, it is expected to double capacity by the end of this year with 1000~2000pcs/day. our entire readymade production process are adopted with a digital automatic control system by the end of the year 2022, to achieve the following, 1. Every operating post is equipped with a computer system with an internal network displaying 3D photos of the readymade curtain and its craft sheet. 2 The technological process instruction of the entire order is sent to each position including rail cutting... fabric cutting...... ready made curtain assembling.......100% inspecting,......packing.......logistic arrangement. For example, An order of Zebra blinds sized 100*180CM Digital displayed with item photos, color, model, size, and Rail cutting data showing: Cassatte: 99.4cm Top rail 38mm: 97.3CM Bottom rail:97.3CM Fabric parts also show fabric design, model and color selection, and cutting size 3. The accuracy of the readymade curtain will reach a width within +-1mm, and a height within +-2mm. 4.100% inspection on its size, fabric, and operability of system and accessories.
